
Head of Commercial Legal Affairs

- Lead negotiations for high-value or complex client and vendor contracts
- Own and evolve the commercial contract framework, including terms, templates, and fallback positions
- Ensure all client contracts align with compliance requirements (e.g. T&Cs, privacy, procurement)
- Partner with Legal Ops to implement contract automation and self-serve workflows
- Act as the legal-commercial interface for Sales, Key Account Management, and Partnerships teams
- Identify and mitigate contractual risk early in the sales cycle through standard processes
- Strong contract negotiation skills, especially with enterprise clients and large vendors
- Proven ability to simplify and standardize legal documents for business use
- Deep understanding of commercial law, SaaS/platform contracts, and procurement constraints
- Collaborative mindset and ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Legal
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and legal automation
- Excellent communication in French and English, both written and verbal
