- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers and sales professionals, building a culture of high performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Drive team capabilities through structured coaching, performance management, and capability-building programs tailored for evolving digital and retail landscapes.
- Lead the Key Account team with full responsibility for driving Net Revenue, profitability, and sell-out performance in the French market.
- Own and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, ensuring both strategic execution and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with strategic accounts to grow both the top and bottom line.
- Develop and execute long-term business plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, brand positioning, and customer experience.
- Segment and differentiate assortments, negotiate Terms & Conditions, and implement operational and marketing initiatives aligned with account strategies.
- Execute business plans seasonally and annually, ensuring flawless delivery across internal and external teams.
- Expand market presence through Like-for-Like growth, improved space allocation, enhanced in-store experiences, and increased penetration in existing doors.
- Ensure compliance with Levi’s Retail Network standards and contractual agreements.
- Lead Brick & Click strategy, ensuring elevated e-commerce standards and omni-channel excellence.
- Establish and lead robust processes for forecast accuracy, operational reviews, and financial planning across key .com and brick-and-mortar accounts.
- Support product investment forecasting through strong collaboration with planning and merchandising teams, leveraging sell-in/sell-out analysis and key performance metrics.
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders including Product, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Credit Management to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial goals.

- 10yrs+ experience in wholesale,
- Previous management of big accounts and top-to-top relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate, partner and influence in order to drive profitable results
- Ability to communicate effectively- fluent English and French
- Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of making challenging decisions with a practical approach, backed by a strategic decision-making track record
