- Manage day-to-day planning and execution for key eRetailers with our local teams, ensuring flawless delivery of product launches, retail media campaigns, and CRM activations.
- Proactively add value to e-Retailers, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Align internal teams (brand, media, content, markets) around campaign calendars and commercial priorities.
- Secure the timely delivery of assets and ensure consistent digital shelf excellence (PDPs, visuals, copy, ratings & reviews)
- Track key performance indicators (sell-out, visibility, ROAS, conversion rates) across key platforms.
- Analyze campaign results and translate into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build and present data-backed stories to support planning and business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to shape joint business plans from a digital perspective.
- Influence retail media investments, visibility opportunities, and innovation pilots by providing strong digital performance insights.
- Help structure impactful retailer presentations by consolidating results, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Provide guidance, tools, and hands-on support to local teams to ensure smooth campaign deployment.
- Share best-in-class examples and playbooks to drive consistency and raise activation standards across the region.
- Support key markets during launches and high visibility campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to test new formats, content enhancements, or retailer solutions
- Act as a digital activation expert, helping evolve the way we engage shoppers across the e-retail journey.
- Partner with internal teams and retailers to pilot scalable innovations.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or trade marketing, ideally in beauty, luxury or FMCG
- Strong Commercial and Data mindset, comfortable using tools like Excel, Power BI and Digital Shelf tracking tools
- Knowledge of retail media and e-retail merchandising principles
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns or launches in digital retail environments, especially on Amazon
- Strong communication, coordination and multi-project management skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); French or other European languages are a plus
