- Operate with full autonomy – you’ll have the freedom to test and adapt your methods.
- Outbound (70%): Prospect new companies (startups and SMBs) through email outreach, cold calls, and LinkedIn. Build a network of distribution partners (coworking spaces, office furniture distributors).
- Inbound (30%): Manage and qualify incoming leads, working closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and maximize conversions.
- Upsell: Identify and manage upsell opportunities with existing clients.
- Events & Trade Shows: Attend key industry events to enhance brand reputation and generate new business opportunities.
- Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze sales performance to identify improvement levers and optimize conversion rates.
- 💸 Compensation: 110k package
- ♥️ Central Paris office & showroom with the possibility to be based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
- ⛰️ Remote work: 2 days/week (if based in Paris)
