- Work on internal and external salary benchmarks, by making compensation analyses and salary proposals,
- Support the reward Manager on salary review and bonus campaign,
- Contribute to the calculation of profit-sharing and incentive schemes in France.
- Responsible for producing mandatory and legal reports (social report, index F/M),
- Conduct remuneration surveys,
- Build, monitor and track HR indicators
- •Responsible for Comp&ben administrative tacks (compensation statements..)
- You will liaise with the HR, HRIS, payroll and other departments with regard to remuneration.
- Master Degree in Human Resource Management or HR Data Analytics or similars
- Initial experience in compensation and benefits (at least through an apprenticeship or internship)
- Knowledge of international mobility principles would be an advantage
- Knowledge of an HRIS tool (preferably Success Factor)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Excel.
