
Partners Success Manager

- Own a portfolio of reseller and referral partners (POS, Loyalty Providers, PDQ Maintainers)
- Drive partner success: onboarding, enablement, training, co-selling, and ongoing support
- Build joint business plans with partners and ensure flawless execution
- Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal progression
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partners have everything they need to succeed
- Deliver Net Revenue growth through partners and become their trusted business advisor to grow their sunday clients portfolio
- Experience in partner account management, channel sales or indirect sales in SaaS or POS/restaurant tech
- Strong commercial skills: ability to drive revenue through partners.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation skills
- Structured and data-driven: comfortable with Salesforce (Metabase is a plus)
