
Technical Account Manager

- Managing customer relationship and all stakeholders involved
- Proactively identifying new opportunities to increase Ateme engagement with the customer
- Support to installation and validation of new solutions or new SW versions in homologation environment
- Support to technology research activities
- Maintain an up-to-date Technical database on the customer account
- Organize and lead weekly follow-up points with customer
- Organize and lead workshops, roadmap reviews and training according to customer needs
- Link between customer and Ateme Level2 / R&D to analyze reported cases.
- Dynamic participation in the customer engineering team, attending customer offices periodically (minimum of 2 days per month)
- Deployment support of new profiles and configurations in homologation environment and production environment
- Coordinates closely with sales and marketing to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
- Creates and deliver presentations in a credible and compelling manner, and position self as a trusted technical advisor
- RFP management; performing PoC / demo and writing Scope of Work for new solutions ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams
- Degree in computer Sciences, Telecommunications, Media Technologies or related technical fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in video broadcast industry: DVB statmux systems, IPTV and OTT technologies (HLS, DASH)
- At least 3 years' experience in customer facing roles as presales, post sales, TAM or system engineer
- Hands-on Experience with Linux and able to work with virtualization technologies and cloud orchestrations such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of IP Networking
- Good communication skills – good problem-solving skills
- Able to work within a multi-cultural team
- French and English speaker
