- Challenge our current processes and improve future sales and elaborate futur sales and customer success processes alongside heads of and team leaders
- Implement our no-code tools (CRM + Ticketing), improve our knowledge of these tools and explore new opportunities to improve teams' performance
- Monitor relevant tools, analyze the potential impact of their deployment, and recommend the best solutions.
- Build dashboards to track the performance of teams and tools.
- Deep dive into the data to identify supply & customer success pain points, design test frameworks for improvement and measure project impacts
- Ensure data consistency for accurate reporting
- Collect and identify optimisation needs from operational teams.
- Define project scopes and priorities to maximize impact while controlling costs.
- Coordinate internal teams' contributions to ensure successful project delivery, including tech and product resources.

- Graduated with a Master's degree in business or engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, or business operations in a similar role
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
- Analytics: Has basic analytical skills and can track KPIs and dashboards to evaluate the business impacts of projects.
- Problem Solving: Able to propose simple and effective solutions to issues and seeks help when needed.
- Tech / Tool Savvy: eager to setup software and automate repetitive tasks so that ops team can focus on higher value work. curious about discovering new tools and has an ability to learn autonomously.
- Project Management: has some experience on project management and knows how to scope a project, coordinate stakeholders and deliver in a timely and accurate manner
- Structured & Organized: Able to break down projects into simple tasks and follow deadlines in an organized manner.
- Rigorous & Reliable: Able to work efficiently with moderate support and shows attention to detail to ensure reliable results.
- Autonomous & Flexible: Can work independently on defined tasks and is adaptable to changes as projects evolve.
- Clear Communication: possesses good communication skills in both French and English and can convey information clearly and concisely.
- Salary: between €42K and €44K (depending on profile) + BSPCE
