
Service Sales Solution Manager

- Develop and execute strategies for selling Huawei’s service solutions portfolio to new and existing customer
- Prepare and present customized service solutions to clients, addressing both technical and business challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs and design appropriate service solutions (eg. Network Optimization Service, Managed Operation Service in NOC and Field, Wireless/Fix Network Rollout Service etc)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery expectations and handling escalations
- Prepare and present customized service solutions to clients, addressing both technical and business challenges
- Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer engagement, and progress toward achieving sales goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to identify new sales opportunities
- Work closely with the engineering, delivery, and customer support teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years in B2B solution design, preferably in the telecom, IT, or digital transformation space
- Experience in selling complex services, such as professional network optimization, managed services, 4G/5G/Fix Network Rollout
- Strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and demonstrate their business value to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites for meetings, presentations, and events
