- Talent Hunting: Use advanced search tools, social networks, and databases to identify and contact potential candidates.
- Profile Analysis: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with our culture to determine their suitability for our needs.
- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interviews, track applications, and maintain smooth communication with candidates/hiring managers throughout the process.
- Participation in Forums and Events: Represent the company at job fairs, university forums, and other events to promote our employer brand and establish relationships with potential candidates.
- Parallel Projects: Contribute to specific projects related to recruitment, such as improving processes, creating content, or implementing new initiatives to attract talent.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment campaigns, providing regular reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- A first experience in recruitment
- Native in French & fluent in English
- Autonomous, organized
- Very good relation skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
