- At least 5 years' experience in multinational organizations.- Proven expertise managing Talent / HR projects (e.g. Talent Management, Leadership Development or Employer Brand).- Master's degree.- Languages required: fluent English, German or French is a plus.- Skilled at producing and delivering compelling presentations.- Excellent organization and project management skills, able to oversee multiple projects and priorities at once.- Good relationship-building capabilities and stakeholder management skills within international environment.- Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data insights that can steer strategic business decisions.Highly Regarded:- Background or keen interest in the luxury goods sector.- A proactive, positive and can-do approach to work, suited for a fast-paced environment.- An entrepreneurial mind, eager to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to challenges.This role reports to the Head of Talent Development and collaborates closely with business leaders and our worldwide HR network.
