Then this job is for you!INCO will launch a multi-country program that will be implemented in four different countries: Poland, Slovakia, Romania and the Philippines.The program will boost learners' employability (with a focus on young people from diverse and vulnerable backgrounds, such as underemployed people, women, people living in rural areas, etc.), and help them acquire in-demand skills to help future-proof their digital careers for a greener future.The (approx.) 16-week certificate program prepares learners for entry-level jobs in the digital field, via an innovative curriculum which includes both tech as well as green skills.Through hands-on practical workshops and exercises, learners are introduced to the world of technology, green skills as well as employability skills.We're looking for a preferably part-time Learner Coach to support our Future Career program in Romania. In addition to the self-guided aspects of this online course, the role of the learner coach will be to support learners throughout their journey by contacting them frequently and building a supporting relationship with them. In the next 10 months, a total of 2000 learners will be joining the program in all 4 countries (Poland/Slovakia/Romania/Philippines).Since this is a remote role, applicants can be located anywhere in Europe or even abroad.
