- The first priority is to drive volume and recruitment quality, with a multi-site scope (France, UK, US). That means being flexible when it comes to time zones and candidate availability - you'll be working across several markets and functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (sales, operations, tech, etc.), from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Source proactively: use creative channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, universities, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
- Optimize and improve recruiting processes to make them efficient and candidate-friendly - in a lean business environment, you will introduce best practices, tools, and metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion rates) to continuously improve.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, helping define role requirements, providing market insights, and guiding them through effective and unbiased interviewing and selection. You'll also play a key role in coaching hiring managers and professionalizing our recruitment culture as we grow - helping them interview better, align faster, and hire smarter.
- Champion the candidate experience - ensure every candidate, whether hired or not, has a positive impression of sunday through timely communication and a personal touch.
- Build our employer brand by representing sunday at career fairs, meetups, and online (social media, employer branding initiatives) to make us an employer of choice.
- Lay the foundation for a growing team: as the first TA, document processes, mentor hiring interviewers, and be prepared to help onboard future recruiting team members as the company expands.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in startups or high-growth companies, where you have hired for a variety of roles and levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you're a self-starter who can build things from scratch, adapt on the fly, and thrive with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Passionate about our mission - you love the idea of revolutionizing the restaurant payment experience and understand that hiring the right people is critical to our success.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring great talent: you know how to hunt for exceptional candidates beyond just posting ads, and you have a network of contacts in Europe and/or the United States.
- Process improvement focus - you constantly seek ways to make recruiting more efficient; you use data and feedback to refine approaches (experience with ATS tools and analytics is a plus).
- Excellent communication and people skills - you can pitch our vision to candidates, negotiate skillfully, and build trust with hiring managers and team members.
- Fluent in English (our company's working language); French proficiency is a strong plus for local hiring and culture fit.
- Flexible working environment with offices based in Paris
- 100% health coverage for you and your children
- Free vacation policy
- Opportunity for significant impact in shaping our recruitment department in an high-growth environment
