- Configure and Install: Tailor the solution to each customer's unique needs, ensuring a perfect fit.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with customers
- Proceed with Property Configuration tasks in Oracle Cloud Simphony Enterprise Management Console
- Install, Troubleshoot and Test Hardware and POS Peripherals
- Conduct training sessions on Oracle POS Technology with key users
- Assist customers during Go-Lives and ensure Post-Live reviews
- Review, assess and resolve customer queries related to Oracle POS Technology
