
EMEA Distribution Leader - Top Luxury Brand

- Lead EMEA PS distribution strategy of this top luxury brand portfolio, managing the coordination for proper monitoring and execution of brand guidelines, in line with local business needs and targets
- Support the Global Distribution Manager in the development and project management of relevant portfolio initiatives and regional projects, focusing on both cross-brand and mono-brand projects. (e.g., distribution strategy & contract implementation, Brands Elevation assessment and management).
- Partner with the Brand team in seeking relevant opportunities to develop business in the distribution network developing strong, projects that can be implemented within EMEA channels, coordinating the rollout of these projects in the channels
- Monitor EMEA PS business results across channels, collecting insights from brand and commercial teams, and assist the manager in tracking business performance at all levels
- Work with channels to define critical actions, validate and adjust brand plans to meet budget and distribution targets
- Implement and ensure the application of both qualitative and quantitative criteria in monitoring the commercial strategy in partnership with the channel teams
- Support the continuous improvement of enforcement and monitoring processes, ensuring that standards are consistently met and improved.
- Establish and manage the enforcement process to track and act on diverted business, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Assess, identify and revise distribution to focus on key luxury partners, with the goal of strengthening relationships and increasing their productivity.
- Work with the team to define and update performance metrics and objectives based on market trends.
- The position may evolve to include managerial responsibilities in the mid-term
- BS in Business Administration or similar and/or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 7+ years of practical experience in Marketing Business and Brand Management within commercial, retail or e-commerce environments
- Knowledge of market dynamics and key players within the sector.
- Fluent in English, French/Italian are a plus
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, with particular attention to results and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Experience in managing enforcement processes and addressing diverted business activities.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key luxury sector partners.
- Ability to create a trusted network within the business organization
- Understanding of portfolio management dynamics and multi-brand and mono-brand initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate and implement global projects at a regional level.
