- Ensure the coherence and effectiveness of the HR cycle, making sure it reflects the strategic ambitions of the organization.
- Anticipate and monitor necessary developments to maintain the relevance of the cycle.
- Manage and support the annual performance review campaign.
- Operate the HR cycle effectively:
- Prepare performance and development campaign materials.
- Facilitate campaign activities (meetings, workshops, etc.)
- Train and support HR teams
- Develop and track reporting related to performance and talent metrics
- Participate in the design of innovative talent development programs aligned with the HR strategy of the organization.
- Ensure the deployment of talent development programs for employees (as Mentoring or Coaching programs)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the Head of Talent in the Talent Review and succession planning processes.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and strengthening team engagement.
- Lead global listening projects to gather employee insights (such as Your Say, the Clarins Employee engagement survey, conducted each 2 years)
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of growth and continuous development.
- Develop and maintain Dashboards and reports on key talent and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
- An experienced project manager, able to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders while respecting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with data, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools.
- A confident communicator, skilled in facilitating group discussions and delivering impactful presentations.
- A true team player, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships in an international environment.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international context.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in the beauty, luxury, fashion or cosmetics sector is a plus.
