- Own and evolve the content strategy to support brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of content across formats including case studies, blogs, white papers, social media campaigns, ad copy, one-pagers, outreach emails, and podcast/video scripts.
- Define messaging frameworks that align with brand voice, audience intent, and campaign objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and advances business outcomes.
- Manage the content calendar, setting priorities and ensuring on-time delivery of assets across channels.
- Provide editorial leadership: review, edit, and coach for clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize content.
- Stay current on industry trends to bring fresh ideas and best practices into content planning.
- Mentor and guide junior content writers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on B2B or healthcare-related content.
- Proven ability to craft and scale messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional editorial judgment and attention to detail, with mastery of tone, grammar, and storytelling.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at distilling complex concepts into engaging, human-centered narratives.
- Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on editing/writing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and project management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
