Find a job you’ll love today!We are seeking a Content Lead to define and drive our content strategy, shaping high-impact narratives across web, social, sales, and campaign channels. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who not only understands the nuances of audience engagement but can also guide a team and align content with business objectives. Experience in healthcare, tech, or B2B environments is strongly preferred.As Content Lead, you’ll play a critical role in establishing our content vision, overseeing execution, and ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and message across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Creative, while mentoring contributors to deliver content that builds trust, drives engagement, and reinforces our brand.Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the content strategy to support brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals.
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of content across formats including case studies, blogs, white papers, social media campaigns, ad copy, one-pagers, outreach emails, and podcast/video scripts.
  • Define messaging frameworks that align with brand voice, audience intent, and campaign objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and advances business outcomes.
  • Manage the content calendar, setting priorities and ensuring on-time delivery of assets across channels.
  • Provide editorial leadership: review, edit, and coach for clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize content.
  • Stay current on industry trends to bring fresh ideas and best practices into content planning.
  • Mentor and guide junior content writers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.​
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on B2B or healthcare-related content.
  • Proven ability to craft and scale messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and attention to detail, with mastery of tone, grammar, and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at distilling complex concepts into engaging, human-centered narratives.
  • Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on editing/writing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
