AXA seeks to establish Health & Protection as a cornerstone of its equity story and global business positioning. Therefore, a new global business unit has been created. It is currently called the Health Division. The new unit comprises A. the international health business of AXA with c. 1,500 FTE and several billion euros in revenue, expected to be merged into a new global risk carrier; B. the group’s integrated healthcare services with c. 1,000 FTE and substantial strategic questions; C. the mandate to coordinate all of AXA’s activities on Health & Protection across entities and countries. The ExCom of the new business unit is currently being created and staffed.
  • Manage the agenda of Support Functions Directors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including meeting with Group top executives and external third parties
  • Organize traveling arrangements
  • Perform multifaceted general office support (purchases, expense accounts, …).
  • Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service.

- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Sound research skills and attention to detail.
- Appetite to learn and understand the environment.
- Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
- Highly discreet and confidential.
- Fluent or bilingual French/English (written and oral).
- Anticipate needs and proactively bring together resources to fill these needs.
