She/ he will be also in direct contacts with Partners re operational or process topics.Experience in a Multinational environment with several functions and partners interactions is important. Independent and mature “to do and be in the driving seat” mindset is key.You will be working with a European dynamic team located in several countries with high ambitious successes.The Regional WSP Program Delivery Manager (f/h) will be responsible for :Project Management: you will be owner of the end- to- end management of the project identifying key milestones until the successful project delivery. You will provide a 360 view of the project, identify key contributors, actions, and timelines to ensure timely delivery according to AIG standards.Managing the onboarding & monitoring process of Third-party administrators interacting with multiple internal stakeholders, involving completion of various internal approval processes (financial assessment, security, IT, delegated claims management and complaints process validation, …)Providing support to local Account managers, coordinate in collaboration with various functions as operations, claims, underwriting, product development, TPA governance, compliance etc… contributing to delivering the project according to AIG standards including contractual documentation & TPA contracts, data collection from our TPA’s to ensure adequate KPI monitoring.Documentation of operational process relating to TPA onboarding, Sanction screening, accounts renewals by instanceWhat we’re looking for:Business or Insurance DegreeAt least 5 years Insurance / multinational company experienceA proven track record of successful project implementationSeveral years of relevant experience in project management - TPA delegated activities experience is an add-on.Structured and strong planning and strategy development skillsStrong execution and results orientationStrong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills in French and EnglishDemonstrated ability to work across interdisciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed.Experience in Reinsurance a plus, but not essential.A hands-on and can-do attitude.Fluent in English in addition to native languageDynamic & proactive, with a “partner / business” mindsetAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
