- Own business outcomes that directly influence churn, renewals, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Build trusted relationships with Managing Partners, Principals, and Analysts in 40+ countries.
- Translate product features into measurable value for investors managing billions in assets.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape our roadmap and amplify customer stories.
- Manage a portfolio of global VC/PE and financial institution clients.
- Lead onboarding to ensure customers reach their business goals and achieve time-to-value quickly.
- Drive product adoption and feature utilization through proactive training and guidance.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health using Heap, HubSpot, Airtable, and intervene proactively.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Secure timely renewals by showing measurable ROI and business impact.
- Collaborate with Product to channel client feedback into the roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing to develop testimonials and case studies.
- Contribute to scalable programs (webinars, guides, knowledge base) to educate and engage clients.
- Validated results in a prior customer success role that required high technical and commercial skills
- English communication and writing skills are on point
- Understanding of SaaS Business Model
- Past experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
- Fluent English speaker
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to positively receive and adapt to feedback.
- Previous experience working with venture capital, private equity, or financial services clients.
- Fluency in French or other European languages.
- Familiarity with Linear, Heap, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Background in onboarding, training, or solutions consulting.
- Experience contributing to customer-facing content (guides, webinars, playbooks).
