- Design and deliver an L&D strategy that supports business growth, capability development and employee retention.
- Design and manage leadership development frameworks across all levels (emerging, mid-level, executive) with a clear progression path and measurable outcomes.
- Build scalable learning programs, from onboarding and functional training to leadership development and cross-functional upskilling.
- Partner with team leads and executives to identify learning needs across the organization and translate them into engaging, data-driven solutions.
- Introduce learning systems or tools, such as an LMS or knowledge-sharing platforms, and ensure their adoption and impact.
- Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives using data and feedback loops to iterate and improve.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning through campaigns, internal workshops, coaching programs and knowledge-sharing opportunities ensuring optimal ROI on programs, platforms and partnerships.
- Collaborate with People team members to embed learning into the employee lifecycle, growth plans, performance cycles and career paths.
- Champion DEI and inclusive learning practices across Kpler.
- Conduct periodic skills gap and capability analyses across teams to proactively align learning initiatives with future business needs.
- Collaborate with the People Partners and Managers to build career pathing frameworks that connect learning with internal mobility and talent retention.
- Manage external vendors or consultants for specialized programs or content delivery.
- Oversee the administration, adoption, and continuous optimization of L&D platforms such as Udemy, Go1, and Culture Amp to ensure an engaging and scalable learning experience.
- 5+ years of experience in L&D or Talent Development, ideally with experience in a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build L&D strategies from scratch and execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engagement.
- Experience with learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Data-oriented mindset, able to evaluate impact, identify gaps and continuously improve.
- High autonomy, adaptability and bias for action.
- Passion for people, growth and innovation.
- Coaching certification or experience delivering internal coaching programs.
- Familiarity with agile or startup culture and ways of working.
