- Help deliver our five-star onboarding experience.
- Support offboarding administration and exit logistics.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and IT to ensure a smooth new hire process.
- Act as a Tier 1 contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
- Provide accurate and timely responses via our internal helpdesk, ensuring a great employee experience.
- Support HR documentation and compliance practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems under supervision.
- Participate in documenting HR processes and SOPs for internal use.
- Contribute to knowledge management by updating internal help center articles.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with Finance and Sales Ops teams.
- Support projects related to time tracking, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking.
- Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement efforts.
