
Business Unit Controller - Mineral Sands (W/M)

Your main mission will be to maximize the reliability and quality of financial analyses, working closely with both local and central teams. In parallel, you will act as a SAP reference for controlling-related matters, ensuring data consistency across modules and supporting system evolutions.Responsibilities:As a business partner for the Mineral Sands BU teams:
- Monitor and analyze the BU's financial results, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (sites, projects, central support functions) to ensure a consistent financial view.
- Actively contribute to budget and forecast processes, facilitating information sharing across teams.
- Track the P&L and working capital requirements (WCR), including trading operations.
- Analyze the evolution of WCR and capital expenditures (Capex) within your perimeter.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in SAP to support monthly financial closings.
- Propose and implement technical solutions (transactions, automations, routines) to enhance the quality of financial analysis.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational and project teams on SAP-related financial performance topics.
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school with a specialization in finance.
- At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management control (plant or headquarters).
- Proficiency in SAP (especially FI/CO modules) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
