This position has become available due to the promotion of the previous position holder.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGEThe Performance Manager for France will be one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates businessAssist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers)Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams in France and help other PI Managers in EuropeHelp with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performanceCoordinate and deliver training in France and other European countriesYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualificationsAt least 5 years’ experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management roleFluent language skills in French and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentationsWillingness to travel on a frequent basisOUR OFFERWe are convinced that only those who successfully realize their personal goals can also fully contribute professionally.
