You will be responsible for producing HR data for several departments within the company, as well as for social partners and external regulatory bodies. You will also participate in various development projects with your tutor. You will support users, and train them if necessary.This is a highly technical position: you will be involved in the entire HR data processing chain (collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization).Your missions will be the following:
  • Data crunching: cleaning, structuring and enriching HR data sets.
  • Data comparison, production of data and dashboards.
  • Participation in certain project phases with the project manager (e.g.: data cleansing project, report automation, etc.),
  • Development of KPIs and applications on Power BI or other software.
  • Automation & scripts: participation in the development of Python scripts to make analyses more reliable and faster.
  • Support for users of reporting tools.
  • Improvement of data quality.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge capitalization.
During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.Starting Date: September 2025
Duration: 12 months (1 year)About you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
  • You are preparing a degree in data, statistics, business intelligence, or HR with a strong orientation in data (HR Controlling) - level BAC+4 or BAC+5.
  • You are comfortable using Power BI and Excel, and are interested in developing and working on SAP and ORACLE.
  • You have a good knowledge on Python coding.
  • You have an analytical mind, are rigorous, autonomous, organized, and have a sense of confidentiality.
  • You are proactive and able to synthesize information.
  • You are expected to be fluent in English.
