We are looking for a TAS Decentralized Contract Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:Start Date: 01 DEC 2025Contract Duration: 12 Months RenewableLocation: Paris FranceQualifications & experience required
  • Education: Business School or Equivalent
  • Experience:
5 years in same or equivalent position * Advanced expertise is required: Project HR processes, TAS contract
  • Languages: English; French and/or Arabic is a plus
The role of the TM Decentralized Contract Engineer will be to:
  • Anticipate and collect all necessary documents for each future RFP (PRE-LAUNCH PHASE)
  • Issuance of the company to the TEEPRH affiliate qualified TM CONTRACTOR (LAUNCH PHASE).
  • Classify all the commercial and technical proposals received (COLLECT PHASE)
  • Follow up the technical proposal evaluation with the CPY Representative in charge (EVALUATION PHASE)
  • Perform a commercial evaluation and clarify with TM CONTRACTOR if necessary (EVALUATION PHASE)
  • Prepare all RTA documentations according to the TEEPRH C&P procedure In order to award the contract.
  • Close the RFP, collect and archhre all necessary documents In the dedicated folder for all the phases (AWARD PHASE)
  • Acknowledge all the people involved in the mobilization process with the information and documentation required.
  • Assist the Team Leader for maintaining updated KPI and TM dashboards requested by HR Management
  • In charge to send an extract provided by company HR of the potential need of three additional months to the CM.
  • in charge of assisting the HR Lead for all correspondences with the CONTRACTOR (early termination, clarification), update the table and maintain archive.
  • Liaising with TEEPRH C&P affiliate to ensure best practices for contracting.
  • In charge to follow the due diligence process and maintain the updated table
  • Assist the HR lead for the preparation of extension of current Frame Agreement (if necessary)
  • Assist the HR lead for all activities required by the company.
Activities
  • Support the HR &Administrative team in mobilization process to insure on time mobilization of company contracted personnel.
  • Support the MR team for all contractual matters related to TAS contract management.
  • Support and interfacing company contract service whenever required.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Division, PCM, HR Lead or any other HR team member.
