Job Category: FinanceJob Description:As part of the Group Reporting team, the intern will actively contribute to the preparation and coordination of
the Universal Registration document (URD), a key regulatory and financial publication. The role involves supporting project management activities, coordinating with internal and external contributors, ensuring the
consistency and accuracy of disclosures, and assisting in the preparation of reporting schedules and deliverables.The internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial communication, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within an international group. The candidate will develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial reporting processes in a real business environment.Responsibilities:Support project coordination: Assist in organizing the URD production timeline, follow up on deadlines, and
ensure smooth communication between contributors.Contribute to content preparation: Help collect, review, and format contributions from different departments (finance, legal, risk, CSR, etc.).Ensure consistency and accuracy: Perform first-level checks on documents for coherence, formatting, and
compliance with internal guidelines.Assist in tool transition: Support the migration of reporting content into Workiva (or other relevant platforms), including testing and data input.Liaise with external providers: Collaborate with design, printing, and translation agencies, ensuring proper
follow-up of deliverables.Participate in reporting activities: Contribute to the preparation of financial and regulatory disclosures within the URD.Provide administrative and organizational support: Prepare meeting notes, maintain tracking files, and update dashboards.Qualifications:Education / Background
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, University, or Engineering School) ideally with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields, but other backgrounds may also be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong interest and motivation for financial reporting.
  • Previous internship or academic project in financial reporting, audit, or project management is a plus (but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of reporting or publishing tools (Workiva, SAP DM, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong writing and editing skills (in French and English).
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and rigor.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and respect deadlines.
  • Team spirit, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
