In addition, this role is also responsible for contributing to different projects and initiative at the global level.Your Responsibility:Global Talent Acquisition (80 percent)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertiseCollaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openingsStrategic projects (20 percent)
  • Contribute the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale, including but not limited to: Global Onboarding, Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives
Preferred experienceYour Qualifications:This job is made for you if:You have 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience across diverse business areas.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.You are proactive, hyper-organized, effective and you have a strong desire to learn and grow.You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.You adapt quickly to new tools and changes.You have experience with Ashby or any similar ATS (or you're excited to learn!).Please send your CV in English.
