- Process and follow up Customer orders in accordance with the contract review
- Create and maintain a trusting relationship with customers
- Handle the interface between the various parties involved (customers, suppliers, carriers, sales staff and internal departments)
- Prepare pro forma invoices, invoices and customer credit notes in the case of dispute
- Answer the telephone, provide customers with information and/or direct them to the right people
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service and updating the department's procedures/working methods
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred, and a first successful experience in a commercial or Sales Administration /Customer position
- Fluent in French and English, another language would be appreciated
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Good inter-personal skills, be able to work as a team
- Have an interest in administrative tasks
- Be rigourous
- Have good analysis skills
