Ready to #setthetone with Believe?Job DescriptionThe Head of Campus & PMI is a senior leader within the Workplace organization, responsible for shaping and driving the global campus infrastructure and post-merger integration strategy at Believe. This role provides strategic direction across the evolution of sites, the integration of newly acquired companies, and the governance of workplace tools and assets. The scope includes both physical and digital environments, ensuring that all Believe locations—existing or integrated—meet standards of operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with our broader technology vision.This position is part of the leadership team of the Workplace & Tech department and collaborates closely with Security, Legal, Product & Platform teams, Procurement, and Finance to orchestrate change and build an integrated, resilient workplace environment.Strategic ResponsibilitiesCampus & Infrastructure Strategy
- Define and evolve the long-term strategy for campus infrastructure across Believe's global presence, aligning physical workplace capabilities with business growth and platform transformation goals
- Provide executive oversight on infrastructure investments, ensuring scalability, operational performance, and user-centric design
- Govern standards and architectural principles for site connectivity, local IT footprint, and workplace technologies
- Act as a key stakeholder in workplace transformation programs, collaborating with business lines, corporate functions, and the Tech leadership to co-build strategic roadmaps
- Oversee the governance of workplace digital tools, access models, and inventory across sites, ensuring consistency, security, and efficiency
- Lead strategic vendor relationships related to site infrastructure and digital workplace services
- Establish governance for license management across workplace tools, supporting financial predictability and compliance
- Maintain visibility over the workplace digital asset landscape and local infrastructure across both legacy and integrated sites
- Promote rationalization, lifecycle management, and reuse of workplace tools and configurations across geographies
- Lead the end-to-end technical integration of newly acquired companies into Believe’s workplace and infrastructure ecosystems
- Coordinate integration plans in close partnership with Security, Legal, Finance, and Tech, ensuring minimal disruption, harmonized tooling, and secure access for new teams
- Identify gaps, anticipate change impacts, and drive alignment with corporate standards, while adapting to local realities when necessary
- Oversee the execution of site transitions, tool migrations, and service alignments during integration projects
- Monitor execution quality, user satisfaction, and post-go-live stabilization
- Track KPIs and lessons learned to continuously improve the integration playbook
- Proven experience in a senior infrastructure, workplace, or transformation leadership role within a global tech or digital environment
- Strong background in strategic planning, integration programs, and cross-functional delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of workplace technologies, IT infrastructure governance, and post-merger integration practices
- Business-oriented, collaborative, and pragmatic leader, able to navigate both executive-level discussions and operational decision-making
- Experience working in an international and fast-paced context, with sensitivity to cultural and organizational diversity
