- Office Management: Supervise reception, ensure daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a tidy, safe, and comfortable workplace.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Coordinate and negotiate with service providers, follow up on maintenance and works, and ensure HSE compliance.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Handle invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and maintain Facilities documentation.
- Internal Team Support: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, provide event logistics, and promote employee well-being.
- Projects & Sustainability: Participate in workspace improvement projects and support eco-friendly initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Office Management or a similar role
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Hard skills :
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Basic accounting and budget monitoring
- Knowledge of HSE standards
- Proficient in G Suite, MS Office, and Slack
- Soft skills :
- Organized, proactive, versatile, team-oriented, and environmentally conscious.
