- In-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry, with industry analysis and insight capabilities.
- Familiar with operator networks, enterprise backbone network- related technologies and solutions, able to grasp operator domain dynamics, understand customer pain points, and possess independent end-to-end solution design capabilities; deeply understand operator networks and related technical solutions, and understand the business expansion process of operator networks.
- Over 10 years of experience in the router industry, with experience in innovative large-scale commercial transformation in the router industry.
- Strong academic background in network technology, with publications in high-level academic papers. Have certain influence in academic or industry technical conferences, with industry- recognized technical achievements.
- Ph.D. in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Possession of relevant patents, technical awards, or experience in senior technical roles.
- Mastery of communication network knowledge, familiarity with TCP/IP protocol stack, proficiency in MPLS/SRv6 applications, traffic engineering, QoS, and traffic shaping technologies, and familiarity with network virtualization and SDN applications.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, traffic engineering, and network measurement theories and technologies.
- Proficiency in AI-related knowledge (e.g., deep learning, large model training/inference, distributed computing).
- Knowledge in operations research optimization, including linear programming, graph algorithms, optimization methods, etc.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in large-scale network optimization and traffic management.
- Publications in top journals/conferences.
- Experience in AI large model-related backgrounds.
- Excellent English proficiency.
