
Customer Success Executive - Apprenticeship

- Support the Sales team on various tasks
- Assist in preparing client meetings
- Receive and respond to client briefs
- Update and produce ad hoc documents to meet client needs
- Receive and centralize all assets required to launch campaigns
- Monitor campaign launches, performance, and delivery
- Send mid- and end-of-campaign reports
- Analyze audiences using Ogury's exclusive data to support clients before and after campaigns
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you'll be in direct contact with our clients
- You are detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to multitask and collaborate with multiple teams
- Your written French is flawless
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- You speak French fluently
- You are enrolled in a school that allows for a work-study (apprentissage) contract starting in September
