LVH is a leader in the ultra-luxury home sharing catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their families, and business associates through a network of thousands of full service homes in over 100 international destinations.As part of the Home Experience Team, the Field Manager is the primary support resource to the field team. The manager plays a critical role in ensuring guest experience, home certification & management, and overseeing staff.Essential Functions:Train in-home global staff including local managers, butlers, maidsManage a roster of talent and ensure all markets are adequately staffedControl costs and ensure all financial reporting and compliance requirements are metResponsible for home inspection and preparation, food and beverage provisions, and restockingBuilds and maintains excellent relations with property managers and ownersGenerates leads for onboarding new propertiesCollaborate with the Guest and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are metProvide continuous oversight and quality control during each Guest stayEnsure consistency of service delivery to all guests and ensure expectations are always exceeded.Relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfactionCompensation:
