- Control electronics for the ESRF experimental stations and accelerator complex.
- Fast digital electronics and data acquisition for detectors and sensors.
- High-precision analog electronics for scientific instrumentation.
- Support the ESRF’s experimental stations and accelerator in the development, integration, and maintenance of control electronics.
- Specify, design, procure, install, and maintain electronic instrumentation and systems for control applications.
- Lead or contribute to projects involving control hardware, including motion control, data acquisition, and signal processing.
- Serve as a technical contact for control electronics support.
- Monitor and promote new system architectures and technologies relevant to instrumentation control.
- You should hold a higher university degree (Master or equivalent diploma offering 300 ECTS) in electronics, physics, instrumentation or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as electronics engineer dealing with control instrumentation related matters.
- Sound knowledge and experience in one or more of the following fields: analog and digital electronics design including PCB, scientific instrumentation, motion control, and data acquisition and control systems.
- Familiarity with technical projects and operations management
