- You need to be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line offering overall strategic guidance to LDRs;
- Get involved and collaborate on projects aimed at improving our processes, developing our team members and delivering on our commitments as a Team.;

- Learn about ADP’s values, conduct and other regulations, and reflect them both inside and outside the office;
- Check, research and contact incoming requests for validation and allocation.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams by providing responses to phone referrals, incoming web forms, qualifying leads ensuring specific criteria (Discovery Document)
- Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com to ensure update and data completion.
- Allocate leads as opportunities (“gained access” stage) for timely follow-up.
