- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sector.
- Present and promote relevant technical solutions to customers.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Travel as needed to visit clients and support business development activities.
- Good understanding of ICT/ IT solutions and technologies.
- Experience in the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Strong background in direct sales and account management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Effective in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Extensive experience in client management, with a strong track record in the retail or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong goal orientation and ability to meet performance targets.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication.
- Proficient in key account management and CRM tools.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
