AESC is seeking a Corporate Internal Quality Compliance Manager, EU. The Manager will oversee the implementation and management of internal business processes and rules to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes The position will coordinate with AESC management to identify and investigate any potential risks affecting the company's reputation, security, safety, financial sustainability, product quality, and presence. In addition, the position is also responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the general business process.Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operations from construction to production of Plants in EU.
  • Supervise the business process management and implementation and identify risks/problems.
  • Identify incomplete and ineffective processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Investigate major incidents, correct process violation or dereliction.
  • Supervise the progress of major operations and strengthen the seriousness of business management.
  • Receive and investigate internal/external reports/complaints to maintain a healthy working environment.
  • Guide the team to work efficiently. Sum up good practices and develop internal workflows.
Background and Requirements
  • Experienced in automotive/electronics/new energy/heavy equipment related plant operation process. Background in purchase or finance is preferred.
  • Familiar with IATF16949 or VDA6.3, and experienced in process audit, quality control or scheduler.
  • 8+ years of experience as a team leader. Good communication, teamwork, and stress management.
  • English can be used as working language. Chinese communication or experience working in China is preferred.
  • Acceptance of at least short-term business travel within and across countries.
