The Performance Analysis Engineer will be based in France, possibly in our office in Rennes (alternative locations can be evaluated) and will report to the Performance Analysis Manager. We operate under an Agile Working Policy, supporting hybrid working arrangements.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Control Centre Support: Support and maintain close communication with the Portfolio Control Centre for the country specific topics and to facilitate interactions with local stakeholders (including O&M, DSO, TSO, off-takers, country and regional authorities).Assess Operational Indicators: Evaluate KPI such as production, availability, and wind resource to ensure optimal performance.Critical Performance Analysis: Utilize diverse tools (including for example L2 SCADA, time series DB, EAM, etc.) to monitor, analyze, and report on asset performance.Support Operational Optimization: Assist in implementing measures to enhance asset performance.Report Issuance: Generate detailed reports to support performance analysis of assets.Efficiency Improvement Programs: Integrate programs aimed at evaluating and improving the efficiency of wind farms. Such as yaw misalignment, aerodynamic upgrades, controller upgrades, LIDAR, IEC power curve analysis, etc.Education & experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.At least 1 year of experience in performance evaluation.Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular good knowledge in Excel and Power BI.We’d love, but not essential:Experience in the renewable energy sector.Knowledge in Windographer, Python, SCADA systems, SQL and Power Automate.Skills and abilitiesFluent in English and FrenchAvailability to travel occasionallyInternational team-oriented mindsetCritical thinking and focus on improvementWe’d love, but not essential:Fluency in Portuguese, Italian or Spanish.Pay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
