- Revenue Impact: Optimize lead lifecycles, nurturing sequences, and product usage triggers to drive pipeline and retention goals.
- Scalable Growth: Develop data-driven, repeatable approaches to reduce reliance on large teams and manual work.
- Automation Roadmap: Continuously improve GTM engine from lead capture to post-sale expansion and provide real-time visibility into funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance.
- AI Innovation & Automation: Experiment with AI-powered agents, low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or scripts to improve lead engagement and reduce friction and eliminate repetitive tasks (e.g. lead enrichment and queue management).
- Workflow Design: Create automated workflows to capture, qualify, and route leads to appropriate teams at the right time.
- Tech Stack Integration: Ensure seamless integration across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment platforms, and data warehouses.
- Scalability: Build processes that minimize manual tasks, empowering BDRs, SDRs, and AEs to focus on high-impact activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve data and processes, and train teams on new workflows.
- Technical Expertise: Background in sales/marketing operations, revenue operations, or solution engineering, with hands-on experience automating workflows.
- Data Savviness: Comfort with CRM data models, API integrations, and possibly querying databases (SQL). Familiarity with analytics and BI tools is a plus.
- GTM Curiosity: Understanding (or desire to learn deeply) about SaaS buyer journeys, lead funnels, and outbound strategies.
- Problem-Solver: Aptitude for dissecting complex challenges and delivering efficient solutions. A “test, iterate, optimize” mindset.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings and processes clearly in English and French.
