Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees.This position will contribute to the monitoring and implementation of our Compensation policies and programs, focusing on Variable Pay Plans (Short-Term Incentive / Sales Incentive) and Recognition programs. In addition, this position comes along with a dedicated C&B partnership with local Human Resources and Talent Acquisition partners within a specific geographical scope, supporting them on their Compensation & Benefits matters.Key Responsibilities:Support performance management and annual compensation review campaigns.Lead the Short-Term Incentive (STI) campaign: Calculate STI payouts for all employees globally, with HR support. This includes articulating the model, planning, and complianceCoordinate compensation surveys and analyze market data.Participate in the definition of annual salary increase budgets.Contribute to enhancing Ipsen’s recognition program.Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits practices.Provide support and guidance to local HR teams on various compensation matters.Contribute to global compensation and benefits projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in compensation and/or benefits, or experience as a HR or Finance Generalist with a strong interest in compensation & benefits.Knowledge of job grading methodologies and systems.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.Why Join Us?At Ipsen, we value excellence, accountability, collaboration, and effective communication.
