
EMEA Senior Account Manager, Connect

- Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Identify upselling opportunities to existing customers and handle contract renewals to maximize account value and revenue growth
- Drive feature adoption amongst paid customers and monitor retention via NPS campaigns and feature usage analytics
- Turn sellers from customers into brand ambassadors through exceptional relationship management and customer success
- Serve as the voice of customers internally, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure we build the best product for our partners
- Help create & deliver the account management playbook and develop deep SMB landscape knowledge to provide relevant insights
- Track key performance metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback while staying current on industry trends to continuously refine account management strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills-able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment.
