
Senior Business Development Representative (Paris)

- Become an Expert: Rapidly ramp up via Mirakl University and receive ongoing coaching from our sales leaders.
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in France-retailers, distributors, and B2B companies.
- Multichannel Outreach: Proactively engage prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to build relationships.
- Engage Executives: Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs through multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborative Pipeline: Work closely with Account Executives to create and nurture a robust pipeline, supporting deals from first meeting to closing.
- Understand Client Needs: Deeply understand prospect business challenges and tailor your approach to qualify their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our marketing, platform advisory, and legal teams in an international environment.
- Data-Driven: Accurately document all client interactions in Salesforce, and track KPIs to meet and exceed your targets.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, especially for engaging with senior executives.
- Drive: Results-oriented with a “Get Things Done” mindset and a strong desire to exceed goals.

- Experience: Previous experience (2-5 years) in B2B prospecting is a plus, but we value your motivation and potential above all.
- Location: Able to work from our Paris office 3-4 days per week (hybrid model).
