
ASIC Technical Product Owner (F/H)

- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in line with customer needs and business objectives.
- Understand product-level specification and extract relevant requirements for mixed-signal ASIC
- Participate in writing technical specifications and defining product architecture.
- Monitor development progress, identify risks, and propose action plans.
- Working with Agile methodology, manage backlog, define sprint planning and report progress to project.
- Coordinate electronic and firmware integration activities with division R&D teams.
- Ensure technical consistency of the product throughout its lifecycle (from design to production).
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers, external partners, and suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships (IP vendors, foundries, design/test subcontractors), including selection, technical coordination, deliverable tracking, and performance management.
- Monitor new technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Work closely with Marketing, ASIC design, validation, test, and industrialization teams.
- Master's degree in electronics, microelectronics, electrical engineering
- 10 years + experience in the embedded electronic industry
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in ASIC / SoC / FPGA development or project management
- Experience in technical product management or as a Product Owner / Project Manager in an agile environment
- Highly appreciated :
- Experience in managing technical suppliers (negotiation, deliverable tracking, coordination, quality)
- Experience in software/firmware integration or collaboration with embedded development teams
- Experience in regulated environments (automotive, aerospace, medical) and the functional safety associated ideally with knowledge IEC61508
- Strong understanding of ASIC design flows (front-end, back-end, verification, testing) and its integration into the product
- Full English proficiency (C1 level, written and spoken)
- Awareness of industrialization constraints (cost, quality, deadlines)
- Ability to network, collaborate, influence, and convince in a matrix organization, foster change.
- Nice to have :
- Knowledge of backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Knowledge in Model Based Design (MATLAB Simulink) approach
- Knowledge of digital signal processing
