
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Paris 🇫🇷

- Build trust-based relationships and collaborate closely with the hiring managers in your scope, primarily within Sales and/or Marketing
- Understand their needs and design a tailored recruitment strategy aligned with their goals
- Own the full recruitment process for assigned open roles:
- Organize hiring kick-off meetings
- Define the recruitment strategy and scorecard
- Write job ads in line with company templates and post them across identified channels
- Source candidates on relevant platforms, screen applications, and schedule interviews
- Act as the first point of contact for external recruitment agencies
- Advise hiring managers during the decision-making phase
- Make the offer to the chosen candidate
- Contribute to salary benchmark analyses to ensure the attractiveness and competitiveness of offers, in collaboration with the HRBPs
- Ensure data quality and consistency in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
- Represent the DentalMonitoring brand and ensure a high-quality; engaging candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with the People team to ensure smooth preboarding and onboarding phases
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (ATS, KPIs, scorecards, tools)

- You have already led multiple end-to-end recruitments for Sales and/or Marketing roles, with strong skills in role scoping and managing each stage through to the final decision
- Your organizational skills, adaptability, and clear communication enable you to recruit across time zones and cultural contexts
- You care about building long-term, trust-based relationships with hiring managers to support the sustainable growth of their teams
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency in your processes and reporting, KPIs are valuable allies in your approach.
- You combine empathy, analytical thinking, and synthesis with growing assertiveness to conduct effective negotiations with both hiring managers and candidates
- You are curious, quick to learn and enjoy evolving your methods
- You have already contributed to continuous improvement projects such as automations, scorecard redesign, onboarding of new tools
- You are comfortable with GDPR principles applied to recruitment
