- Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to start conversations with decision-makers.
- Research target accounts and tailor your outreach with relevant insights
- Build and manage your pipeline
- Understand local market dynamics and adapt your messaging accordingly.
- Work with Account Executives on territory plans and strategic targeting.
- Run discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on their fit for OneStock's solutions.
- Clearly communicate our values in both French and English.
- Design engaging, personalized outreach campaigns.
- Test different formats, messages, and touchpoints to improve engagement.
- Use storytelling and trends to spark interest.
- Book qualified meetings and pass them smoothly to Account Executives.
- Participate in sales team meetings and share market learnings.
- Align closely with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date
- Track key metrics like outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Follow best practices to stay organized and efficient.
- Business school degree (Bac+5)
- Fluency in French and English is essential
- 2-3 years experience in sales or RetailTech
- You understand the SaaS sales cycle and can quickly grasp the value of our product
- Demonstrates resilience and focus in a complex, fast-paced sales environment.
- You are highly motivated by targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Hubspot, Lusha, Sales Navigator...
