- Be the preferred point of contact for our customers by understanding their needs, their uses and their challenges and providing adapted solutions.
- Propose and implement any initiative to place customers (internal/external) at the center.
- Establish, collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Create educational content to facilitate the adoption and use of our solutions.
- Research, brainstorm and create engaging content and marketing materials in line with the global marketing.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.
- Motivation and passion for Project management and strategic marketing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
