- Msc in E&A Engineering, industrial IT or equivalent in technical and/or scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years Automation and/or MES engineer preferably in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)

- Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design
- Fulfill "engineering" project concept
- Participate to the project execution
- Mobilize resources (internal & external)
- Ensure the coordination with plant design
- Select and qualify contactors for E&A
- Coordinate contractors' activities related to E&A activites
- Ensure Nestlé standards are applied
- Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief
- Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure full compatibility of design with TAP /factory specific regulations
- Participate in technical/commercial negotiations for the purchasing of equipment & technical services and the establishment of key supplier agreements.
- You are passionate and motivated to achieving success ensuring health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.
- You have a comprehensive view of the whole value chain. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous task, schedule and use critical path.
- You have an highly developed Technical, communication, leadership skills :
- Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas)
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)
- Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
- You have analytical skills in problem solving
- You are fluent in English
