Reporting directly to the Group People and Culture Transformation Director, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end change initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives. Your role will include stakeholder management, process redesign, and the successful adoption of new systems and policies. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in change management within large, complex organizations and a strong understanding of HR processes, preferably using Workday HCM. Join us in shaping the future of our workforce.This is a fixed term 12-month contract.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Global Change Manager, under the leadership of the Group People and Culture Transformation Director, you will:
  • Ensure end-users and key stakeholders' adoption of new HR processes.
  • Identify local and global impacts, developing tailored communication and change management strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide global communication updates regarding project milestones, changes, and outcomes.
  • Establish comprehensive training plans and coordinate the delivery of training sessions to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
  • Internal: main interactions with function / country HR representatives, and countries' leadership teams.
  • External: Consulting firm involved in the implementation of Workday
QualificationsPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
  • More than 8 years' experience in Change Management including several global Workday HCM implementations
  • Business school
