- Understand our overall business objectives and marketing strategy and how we can use Social to drive this agenda / supporting Senior Brand Manager in Social strategy
- Having a holistic view of our social channels to understand how we can win on social, both through increasing follower growth and engagement levels
- Reporting back to Senior Brand Manager on areas for improvement and ways we can constantly optimise our strategy
- Work with Senior Brand Manager to scope out TikTok strategy for 2026 and beyond, a new platform for the brand
- Identify and engage with influencers and athletes who align with the Optimum Nutrition brand values and target audience across Instagram, TikTok and Youtube to add to our roster
- Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers
- Manage the day to day relationship with influencers via influencer management platform Club
- Build & maintain a database of potential influencers, tracking interactions
- Build & maintain a database of current influencers, tracking performance vs contractual obligations
- Manage our social media content calendar, having full visibility and ownership of every social post from the Optimum Nutrition Instagram page ensuring high quality, on-brand messaging
- Identify social media trends which you will feed into monthly influencer campaign briefs and social content
- Manager our monthly influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing, sending gift-boxes through to reporting
- Ensure influencers meet deadlines and deliver agreed-upon content
- Ensure that all influencer content aligns with the brand tone of voice
- Manage a monthly social media budget
- Manage translations of global Optimum Nutrition content from English into French
- Developing local social content where necessary
- Create monthly reports of how our social media & influencer content is performing, including key metrics such as reach and engagement rates
- Analyse the data to measure success for each campaign and identify key learnings and areas for improvement
- Become an expert in social media platforms such as Club, Sprinkr and HypeAuditor
- Closely monitor competitor activity to gain inspiration & knowledge from the rest of the category
- French native, living in France with fluent English speaking proficiency
- Educated to degree level, within a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in social-media management
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat
- Ideally has experience of working with athletes & influencers
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide learnings
- Self-Starter, highly motivated and able to create processes and come up with solutions
- Agile mindset, able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in sports & fitness preferred
